How to track your box

When we collect your box, we bring it to our STORAGE. (Locked and under cover).

About a week before ESTIMATED Departure we get a container and load the boxes into.

  

The container will be transported to the port of Townsville and loaded onto the ship.

​

When Ship arrive in Port of Manila, Manila Forwarders receive copy of documents.

 

They start fill in there Tracking (website). as SUBMITTED.

 

When CUSTOMS have cleared the Container, Manila Forwarders Transport it to there warehouse and start UNLOAD and SORT the boxes.

 

The tracking will get updated with; in transit at Manila warehouse.

 

Boxes to metro Manila will be delivered and tracking updates to: OUT FOR DELIVER.

 

Other areas will be updated as for example... ON SHIP TO C.D.O. and a ESTIMATED date for departure and Arrival...

Just beware that the Tracking is not Manila Forwarders main task.

They concentrate to get your boxes DELIVERED to the Receiver..

 

The Tracking maybe show in transit or in warehouse even that the box have been received.
