Packing Requirements For Balikbayan Boxes.

Please fill in the packing lists clear with CAPITAL LETTERS.

You can also;

Write clearly in CAPITAL LETTERS the name and address of the receiver, and the sender on the box.

​

(Or attach a print, (A4 or greater)).

​

You can mark your balikbayan box with the Number on the packing lists.

This will be your reference number.  (AUXXXX)

The forms must be completed and signed by the senders.

All balikbayan box contents must be declared on the packing lists.

 

Personal Effects are not what the customs want see, So please clarify the contents.

All balikbayan boxes should be well secured.

Please use packing tape only as straps and ropes can cause damage to your balikbayan box or other balikbayan boxes.

We have now a special SECURITY TAPE, that we can for additional cost tape the top and bottom of your box with.
